During the printing and development of all the custom packaging, we remain highly mindful. An accidental error is possible despite all the attention. We have therefore built a responsive refund strategy: please check the final proof at all times by us (before printing).
In the situation where the shipped packaging is faulty or not according to the ordered specifications, please inform us within three working days of receipt of your request.
Send digital photos of the product flaw to us.
We will ask you to return the product, depending on the case.
When deposited in our facility, our QC department will check the returned consignment. If needed, we will be pleased to reprint the product free of cost, reimbursement is not credited.
